Current Trials

Do you have Type 2 diabetes? Are you on a high dosage of insulin? Are you currently taking a U100 insulin? IBHC

Qualified study participants will be placed on a an investigational drug and will be asked to make 10 visits to the study doctor over 28 weeks.

To participate in the study, you should:

• Be study 18-75 years of age
• Have Type 2 diabetes
• Be taking U100 insulin
• A1C between 7.5-12

If you qualify, you will receive study-related care and study medication(s) at no charge. You will receive compensation for travel expenses.

Do you have Type 2 diabetes? Do you take long acting insulin? GetGoal

This study involves patients with Type 2 diabetes that take long acting insulin.

Qualified study participants will be placed on an investigational drug and will be asked to make 12 visits to the study doctor for approximately 10 months.

To participate in the study, you should:

• Have an A1C between 7.5-10
• Have Type 2 diabetes
• Be taking some form of long acting insulin

If you qualify, you will receive study-related care and study medication(s) at no charge. You will receive compensation for travel expenses.

This study involves patients with Type 1 diabetes that take insulin via injection..

Qualified study participants will be placed on an investigational drug and will be asked to make 10 office visits and 11 telephone visits over 42 weeks.

To participate in the study, you should:

• Be > 18 years of age
• Have Type 1 diabetes
• Be taking insulin via injection

If you qualify, you will receive study-related care and study medication(s) at no charge. You will also receive compensation for travel expenses.

This study involves patients with Type 2 diabetes and risk of or history of heart or vascular disease.

Qualified study participants will be placed on an investigational drug or placebo. They will visit the study doctor four times in the first year and twice a year every year afterwards. The study may last up to four years.

To participate in the study, you should:

• Be > 18 years of age
• Have Type 2 diabetes
• Be at risk of or have a history of heart or vascular disease
